Job Description: 
Our assistant coaches will become an integral part of the AVC family. They will work with their teams at every practice, including running drills, evaluating and correcting player form, and encouraging team communication and positive group dynamics. Additionally, our assistant coaches will attend tournaments with their teams, monitoring rotations, strategizing, keeping player stats and
overseeing work teams.
Volleyball background is a must, but
